Chris Moore triple-double leads PrimeTime Players

Game four of the East Coast Basketball League season for PrimeTime Players is in the books with the four-time champions still unbeaten. PrimeTime jumped on the visiting South Carolina Upstate Redhawks early and cruised to a 166-115 victory on Saturday night at the Fort Mill Community Center.

PTP took to the court with a seven-man roster, one with still plenty of firepower. Veteran Chris Moore led the way posting a triple-double with 32 points, 10 rebounds and 15 assists. His hot shooting (13-of-16) helped PrimeTime to a 40-16 lead after one quarter.

The baskets kept dropping throughout the game as PTP built a 87-52 halftime lead. The Redhawks were more competitve in the second half with PrimeTIme outscoring the visitors 79-63.

PTP dominated the boards in the game as well with a 67-38 advantage. Ricardo Glenn cleaned up in the paint pulling down 26 rebounds in addition to his 31 points. Odell Turner also played a big role in the middle with 26 points and 15 rebounds.

Other contributors for PTP were James Murray (23 points, six rebounds), Lysander Bracey with 20 points, Van Turner scoring 18 points, six rebounds, eight assists and Zeriq Lolar adding 16 points, three rebounds and eight assists.

Leading the Redhawks offense was Chuck McLaurin (32 points) and Octreyvious Roebuck with 28 points and 15 rebounds.

PrimeTIme Players (4-0) are back in action next Saturday when they travel to Myrtle Beach to face the Coastal Elite Pirates (0-2).
