Forward Emil Svartbro also spent 25 games in Las Vegas before being dealt to the Ogden Mustangs with teammate Christoffer Juvas. The Estonia national team member Svartbro will play at Tyresö/Hanviken SK of HockeyEttan (Swedish third tier).
Juvas, who posted 30 points in 23 games with Las Vegas, will now be on opposite sides of Svartbro as he has joined Hammerby also of HockeyEttan.
Thunderbirds Head Coach Dave Hyrsky was pleased to see the professional opportunities for the trio saying, “all three players deserve everything they get. They are all gifted offensively and have great character. These are three of the hardest working guys I ever worked with at any level. The biggest thing with these three is character and how coachable they are.”
All three players are clients of International Hockey Management. Find more about IHM online https://www.intlhockeymgmt.com.
