Wallaceburg Thunderhawks recently signed three players for the 2019-20 Provincial Junior Hockey League season.
Trevor Pike has some Junior experience playing with the Niagara Whalers in 2018-19 where he posted seven assists in 40 games played. The 2001-born defenceman is a product of Belle River Jr. Canadiens.
19-year old goaltender Braiden Shaw has some PJHL experience making five appearances for the Petrolia Flyers last season. Shaw resides in Wilkesport.
Another 2001-born, Anthony Acchoine played last season with the Riverside Rangers Midget Major team helping the squad to a top four finish in the Bluewater League. Acchoine was named to the BWL All-Star Game played in December 2018.
Main camp tryouts for the Thunderhawks are scheduled for August 24-25. Players may contact team staff for more information.
