The Canadian Premier Junior Hockey League is pleased to announce the top performers for the month of February.
17-year old William MacDonald of Orléans, Ontario put up four goals and four assists for the local club O-town Rebels. MacDonald has also skated this season with St. Francis Xavier Prep.
Defencemen Austin Lamont had a magnificent month scoring 11 goals while adding four assists in seven games played for the East Division leading Almonte Sharpshooters.
Essa goaltender Ethan James has had a strong season for the Stallions and played a big part in their recent run which has seen the team post a 16-2-1 record their past 19 games. In February James had back-to-back one goal games making 54 saves followed by a 34 save effort.
