The Canadian Premier Junior Hockey League is pleased to announce the Players of the Month for October.
Three young stars-in-the-making were awarded this month including the league leading scorer Felix Stephen, who has been on fire for the Glengarry Highlanders. The 16-year old scored 19 goals in nine games in October and has 25 points already this season.
Defencemen Kevyn McElligott has been solid on the blueline for the O-town Rebels this season while providing offense as well. The 17-year old from Montreal put up 12 points in eight games in October, including the overtime game winner against Almonte.
Another 16-year old has helped Almonte to the top of the East Division. Goaltender Jean-Marc Brisson has a dazzling .935 save% while remaining undefeated so far.
