Williston State College seems to be back on the right track, taking two games over their Region 13 rival Dakota College-Bottineau last week. The two teams switch position in the most recent NJCAA Ice Hockey poll.

After dropping the first two meetings of the season, Williston earned a 5-4 win in Bottineau January 19. Two days later the Tetons won again, this time on home ice 4-2.
Defending champion Erie is currently riding a five-game win streak and look poised to contend for another title. The Kats will take on Elmira College JV this weekend before resuming Region 3 action.
On January 21 Hudson Valley defeated SUNY Broome for the second time in three meetings this season, winning 4-2. They will meet one more time in the regular season – Saturday at the McDonough Sports Complex. Face of is scheduled for 1 PM.
