The two leagues that make the fourth-tier of the U.S. Soccer pyramid will both crown their national champion tonight. In Virginia, first-year club RVA FC will host Sonoma County Sol in the National Premier Soccer League (NPSL) championship. Over 1,400 miles away, Austin Aztex will host regular season champion Thunder Bay Chill for the USL Premier Development League (PDL) championship.
