In front of 57,920 fans at Soldier Field, the 2013 CONCACAF Gold Cup Final was decided today. USA defeated Panama 1-0 on a goal by Brek Shea (69′). It was the fifth Gold Cup title for U.S. Soccer, one shy of Mexico.
