The United Soccer Leagues Premier Development League (PDL) playoffs are set for the final 16 clubs this weekend. Four conference championships will lead to a final four teams on Sunday. The 64-team PDL will crown their 2013 champion the weekend of August 2-4 at a location to-be-determined.
Thunder Bay Chill finished with the best record in the PDL at 12-1-1. They will host the Central Conference semifinals. Defending PDL Champion Forest City London is also part of the Central Conference playoff.
2013 USASA National Amateur Champion Carolina Dynamo are competing in the Eastern Conference playoff. Carolina defeated NPSL-side FC Lehigh Valley United Sonic in the inaugural USASA amateur championship in May.
The Southern Conference finals will be hosted by Austin Aztex and Ventura County Fusion will host the Western Conference playoff.
