Butte Irish acquire Launderville, Halvorson in exchange for Langemo

With the NA3HL trade deadline approaching the Butte Irish today dealt their leading scorer and Captain Easton Langemo to the Sheridan Hawks. In exchange, the Hawks have sent a pair of forwards in Anthony Launderville and Josh Halvorson.

A native of Proctor, Minnesota, Launderville has played 18 games this season for the Hawks scoring two goals and two assists. Launderville began his NA3HL career in 2023-24 with the Minnesota Loons who folded after the season. In 2024-25 he played 16 games with the Minnesota Wilderness (NA3HL) before being traded to Sheridan. To-date the 20-year old has played 80 career games in the league scoring 10 goals and eight assists.

Halvorson has played in two games in his rookie NA3HL season. The 19-year old previously played with the Northwest Chargers 18U AA (2024-25) and New Trier Hockey Club Grey (2023-24).

Langemo, who recently committed to the University of Jamestown, will now have an opportunity to compete in the NA3HL Playoffs. Sheridan Hawks (23-9-2-1) currently lead the Frontier Division.

Butte Irish Head Coach also announced the signing of Anthony Vande Hei (Bay Area Storm) and Riley Kelly of Water Valley, Alberta.
