The United States Premier Hockey League National Collegiate Development Conference held its annual Futures Draft today. All 12 teams selected players 2004-born or younger including the Philadelphia Hockey Club who drafted six.
The newest NCDC team, Philadelphia HC participated in their first NCDC Futures Draft. The team will join league play in the 2020-21 season.

- Titus Odermatt – F, Canadian International Hockey Academy U18
- Sammy Phillips – F, Virtua Hockey Academy 15U
- Michael Sullo – F, Mercer Chiefs 15U
- Ryder Wicken – F, Valley Forge Minutemen 15U
