Four division champions are set to clash this weekend in Red Deer as the Rocky Mountain Lacrosse League will crown their Junior B champion. Host team Red Deer Rampage also captured the RMLL Central so the runner-up Rockyview Silvertips will also make the trip. The tournament will be held July 26-28 at Kinex Arena.

East Division winner Manitoba Blizzard are the host of Founders Cup 2019. They defeated Saskatchewan SWAT in the finals in two straight games.
Fort Saskatchewan Rebels needed three games vs the St. Albert Crude to earn their place in the finals as North Division champion.
In the South Calgary Shamrocks swept their city rival Calgary Mountaineers to book their spot.
